We work with clients across the housing sector, from nonprofit housing providers, service managers, private developers, municipalities, and municipally controlled organizations. We are a one-stop solution firm that creates strategies and implements solutions at all phases of project development, including: municipal frameworks and infrastructure; municipal operating models; feasibility and financial modeling for projects; comprehensive predevelopment consulting and project management; and both project management and construction services that get housing built.

Rural and Remote Housing Advocates
Getting new housing built across Canada is approached based on the community size, infrastructure, and local barriers. Our work primarily focuses on supporting our clients from small, rural, and remote communities, and ensuring that diverse housing development is supported and successfully executed to provide these communities with new, affordable, and adequate housing supply.
