Mission Driven

We approach our work with one primary objective: building more affordable, adequate housing so that every Canadian has a safe place to call home. We proudly operate as a social enterprise, emphasizing the value of the outcomes and the housing we create. We work with clients across the housing sector, from nonprofit housing providers, service managers, private developers, municipalities, and municipally controlled organizations. We are a one-stop solution firm that creates strategies and implements solutions at all phases of project development, including: municipal frameworks and infrastructure; municipal operating models; feasibility and financial modeling for projects; comprehensive predevelopment consulting and project management; and both project management and construction services that get housing built.

Rural and Remote Housing Advocates

Housing development is influenced by community size and needs, infrastructure (road, water, sewer), and other local and municipal factors. At 2B, we have an area of expertise focused on supporting our clients from small, rural, and remote communities; ensuring that diverse housing development is supported and successfully executed to create the necessary supply of new and diverse housing. Our efforts to build and implement housing solutions include sharing information with policymakers and our leaders on rural and remote housing development.

The 2B Group

The 2B Group includes 2B Developments Consultants & Associates (2B, or 2B Developments) and 2B Canada Construction Services Inc., which bring together expertise at all stages of project development and execution from idea to occupancy. We are also integrated with Rural Impact Canada, a firm dedicated to creating frameworks that enable municipalities to implement solutions effectively, such as the creation of Municipal Services Corporations (MSCs).
