Our team managed the all development design and planning for the construction of a new 18 unit low rise apartment building. The process included obtaining a zone change through a zoning bylaw amendment application, submitting a site plan control application, and leading the completion of the building permit documents. 2B completed the zoning bylaw amendment application process in 6 months and the project is slated to start construction in the fall, 15 months from the time our work began.

Our team has led the completion of several predevelopment activities to bring the project to the zoning bylaw amendment application in a matter of months so that the project can be eligible for funding through CMHC's Coop program.  To progress the project along, our team completed a comprehensive feasibility study and completed several pre-development grant applications for the client which they were successful in receiving funding from. Our team is continuing to lead the project management of pre development activities and will be project managing through construction.

2B is acting as the development consultant and project manager for the development of two lots located within the Township of South Frontenac.  Our role has included performing a feasibility study that determined the number of units, type of proposed development, and funding sources.  The project is currently proceeding through pre-development and is expected to start construction in the fall of 2025.
